At NovaLift, we make it easy to enjoy radiant results through our subscription program. Please review the following terms carefully before subscribing.
Recurring Billing Authorization
By enrolling in a NovaLift subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis according to the terms disclosed at checkout and in your order confirmation email. This includes the product(s), price, and billing frequency you selected at the time of purchase.
You will continue to be billed automatically every month until you choose to cancel.
Cancel Anytime – No Hassle
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time—no questions asked. Simply:

Log in to your account and use the Customer Portal, or

Contact our customer support team at help@shopnovalift.com
If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again.
It is your responsibility to manage your subscription. We do not provide refunds for charges that occurred before a cancellation request was submitted. If the charge was valid under your subscription plan, a refund is not guaranteed and will follow the return policy guidelines.
Submitting a payment dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution and could be considered a breach of the terms you agreed to at checkout. Initiating a chargeback for a valid subscription that was properly billed may be treated as payment fraud by your financial institution.
