Do your products have fragrance or common irritants?

What are MicroGlow™ under-eye patches?

MicroGlow patches are single-use under-eye patches featuring dissolving micro-tips that deliver targeted actives directly where they’re needed. The goal: a smoother, plumper, more rested look over time—with results that feel natural and you.

Do the micro-tips hurt?

Most people describe the sensation as a light, prickly tingle that fades within a few minutes as the tips dissolve. If you experience discomfort, remove the patches and rinse with cool water.

How soon will I see results?

You may notice an immediate refreshed look after the first uses (think smoother makeup laydown and less creasing). Visible improvements build with consistency over several weeks as actives accumulate benefits.

How often should I use them?

For most, two to three times per week is a sweet spot. If your skin is very dry or you’re prepping for an event, you can adjust cadence. Always follow the product’s usage directions.

Can I layer them with retinol, vitamin C, or acids?

Yes—generally, use leave-on actives in your routine before applying patches only if they’re fully dry and non-occlusive. Many people prefer to use the patches on clean, dry skin, then seal with a gentle moisturizer afterward. If your routine includes intense actives, alternate nights.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

They’re formulated to be gentle. Still, sensitive skin varies widely—do a patch test on the inner arm or behind the ear for twenty-four hours before first use.

Can I use NovaLift products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We recommend discussing any new skincare (including NovaLift) with your healthcare provider to ensure it’s right for you.

How To Use

Best way to apply MicroGlow patches?

  1. Start with clean, dry skin.

  2. Align each patch under the eye and press gently for ten to twenty seconds to help the micro-tips make contact.

  3. Leave on as directed (often overnight), then remove and follow with moisturizer and SPF in the morning.

Can I sleep in them?

Yes—sleeping in them can help the actives fully dissolve and absorb.

Do I need to store them a certain way?

Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal multi-pack pouches to maintain freshness.

Will they interfere with makeup?

Apply patches the night before or at least an hour before makeup. You’ll likely find concealer applies more smoothly afterward.

What kind of actives do you use?

We offer a fourteen-day trial before your first membership billing. After the trial, your membership renews every twenty-eight days at $29.99 unless you cancel.

How do I manage, pause, skip, or cancel?
